A charming two story guesthouse located approximately 600’ west of the road, with a lovely view of the lagoon and the MAYA mountains. Very private.
UPPER FLOOR: The entrance is a 540 square foot wrap around screened veranda overlooking the trees, the Placencia lagoon and the Maya mountains. The house is open to the porch through four large doors. Inside you sill find a spacious living room with a couch, rocking and lounge chair, large coffee table and an entertainment center that includes a stereo and cable TV, as well as high speed internet. The gourmet kitchen includes a microwave, espresso coffee maker, gas stove, stainless cooking ware and a large refrigerator. You can dine inside or on the porch at a large tile dining table on wheels that will comfortably seat 6. The bedroom has air conditioning, a queen bed and a large closet. Up a ladder on the west side is a loft with 2 single beds and a fan. Spacious, comfortable, private – a great get away…Sleeps 4 (3 beds).
LOWER FLOOR: The first floor of this guesthouse is tastefully furnished with mahogany furniture, tiles floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water, queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, sitting are with a sofa bed (single), cable TV, and high speed internet cable. There is a large screened porch overlooking the lagoon and the mountains. A wonderful private recluse for the bird watcher and nature lover. Sleeps 3 (2 beds)
All houses are within walking distance of Live Oak Plaza, which includes the “Peckish” Deli Grocery (offering staples, deli goodies, gourmet groceries, wine & liquor) and the “Cyberwash” Laundromat, which has AC, Cable TV and is a wireless hotspot (no computers are available however).
There is an access to the beach across the street, just at Finca Beach House.
DO NOT include daily housekeeping, although clean linens are available anytime upon request. If you require daily housekeeping service please add $25 US/night.

- If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus $50.00usd cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the sixty day period or later.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
